We’ve gathered up another batch of votes in an effort to bring transparency to  our representatives.

US Congress:

Vicky Hartzler Mo-4th

HR 790 Federal Civilian Workforce Pay Raise Fairness Act–  This was an act to help secure a pay raise for civilian federal employees.  Voted- Nay

HR 648 Consolidated Appropriations Act 2019–  This was a house bill to reopen the government through September 2019. Voted- Nay

HR 265, 267, 264, 21, 1- These were all different iterations of appropriations packages to reopen the government.  Voted- Nay.

Missouri Legislature:

There have been bills introduced to undo “Clean Missouri” but they have yet to have a vote scheduled at the time of this article.

One Bill of note is HB 397. On its surface it is a anti sex trafficking bill, but there was an amendment made that took out some protections for unions engaged in a strike or protest. Unions would not be excluded from the definition of a street gang under the current verbiage of the bill.  This bill has been approved by the house and sent to the Senate.

There is a lot more legislation coming in the next few weeks that we are monitoring. Please let us know if there are any that you are tracking and we’ll do our best to keep an eye on it.
